We use almond powder and coconut powder in all tikka masala, korma, butter chicken, passanda, coconut chicken, kabuli, kashmiri, paneer and makhani dishes.

Dairy products

We use cream in all masala, korma and mild creamy dishes. We also use milk in naan dough and mint sauce. Furthermore, we use butter and cheese in all butter dishes, naan dressing and paneer dishes.

Egg products

We use egg products in our naan dough, mince meat (for kebabs), egg rice, special rice and reshmi kebab.

Containing gluten

All naans and our chapati contain wheat.
